Jocelyne Cooke is the CFO of GFT Ventures. Jocelyne brings more than 20 years of diverse finance, tax and multi-stage business experience to GFT Ventures. She is responsible for the firm's financial management, reporting, and tax as well as investor relations and human resources.

Prior to joining GFT Ventures, Jocelyne was the CFO at DCVC, an early-stage venture capital firm where she played a similar role. She also served as the Vice President of Finance/Controller at Venrock Capital. Earlier in her career, Jocelyne worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers, most recently in the Venture Capital/Private Equity Tax Group.

Jocelyne holds a BA in History from the University of California, Davis, and is a licensed CPA.
